Zod does not actively monitor Your Content but reserves the right to review, filter, or remove content that we reasonably believe violates this AUP. We also may use automated systems to detect potential violations, including content classifiers that scan for prohibited categories.

4. API and automated access

If you access the Service via API, you additionally agree to:

  • Comply with all documented rate limits, usage quotas, and throttling mechanisms
  • Not use the API in any manner that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionate load on Zod's infrastructure
  • Not use the API to replicate, compete with, or replace the core functionality of the Service
  • Keep all API keys and access tokens confidential and not share them with unauthorized third parties
  • Immediately rotate any API key that you suspect has been compromised
  • Not use the API to access or extract data for purposes of training competing AI models
  • Not circumvent API restrictions designed to enforce rate limits, access controls, or feature gating

Note: Excessive or abusive API usage may result in temporary or permanent suspension of API access without prior notice. If you need higher rate limits, please contact contact@zodagent.com to discuss your use case.

5. Account responsibilities

As a user of the Service, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not
  • Notifying Zod immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach
  • Ensuring that your account information (email, billing details, etc.) remains accurate and current
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the Service

If you are an administrator of a Teams or Enterprise account, you are additionally responsible for the actions of your team members and for ensuring they comply with this AUP.

6. Model training and IP

To protect the integrity of our Service and the rights of our users, the following restrictions apply:

  • No extraction of model weights: You may not attempt to extract, derive, or replicate the underlying models, algorithms, or training data used by the Service.
  • No benchmarking: You may not conduct or publish benchmarks, evaluations, or comparisons of the Service's performance without prior written consent, except as permitted under applicable fair use law.
  • Ownership of outputs: Subject to your compliance with these terms, you retain ownership of Your Content as described in the Terms of Service.
