These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZOD software, platform, APIs, and website. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
ZOD is an applied research company working on automating coding. The Service offers a suite of coding tools driven by machine learning.
- Access and Use - Content (Inputs and Suggestions). Model Training: WE WILL NOT USE CONTENT TO TRAIN MODELS UNLESS YOU HAVE EXPLICITLY AGREED. Limitations for Suggestions (auto-generated, may contain errors). Use Restrictions (no reverse engineering, no competitive model training, no scraping). Beta Services. Auto-Code Execution.
- Eligibility - You must be 18 or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Account Registration and Access - You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Payment Terms - Paid Services, Pricing, Payment Processing (Stripe), Subscription Service, Add-Ons, Delinquent Accounts.
- Ownership and Licenses - Service owned by ZOD. Feedback granted to ZOD. Content retained by you. Usage Data used by ZOD.
- Third-Party Services - We are not responsible for third-party services integrated with the Service.
- Communications - You consent to receive electronic communications from us.
- Modification of Terms - We may modify these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
- Termination - Either party may terminate in accordance with these Terms.
- Modification of the Service - We may modify or discontinue the Service with notice.

- Privacy - Your use is subject to our Privacy Policy.
- Indemnity - You agree to indemnify ZOD from claims arising from your use.
- Disclaimer of Warranties - Service provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
- Limitation of Liability - Our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of amounts paid in the last 6 months or $100.
- Dispute Resolution - Binding arbitration, no class actions, governed by AAA rules, California law.
